Young Volunteers

Hi, me again! I was wondering whether anyone takes on volunteers under the age of 16 and if so how do you manage this and what sort of things do you do with them? We have a youth Club for children aged 6-16 and we are trying to think of things that they could do to help enhance the visitor experience. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!

I am under 16 and I'm looking for some volunteering. I have started to realise that it is quite hard to find organisations that will let young volunteers work for them. If the children are young and so are the volunteers then the visitor experience will be enhanced as they can both relate to each other. Hope this helps!
