Rugby needs to embrace more people with non traditional ways. People have less time to give and are reluctant to make large committments have you seen the orange app its an example of this micro /vitrual volunteering 'do some go' How could rugby engage more people???????

Good question! Perhaps if you invite your members and colleagues to follow you on i-volunteer you can get them talking about it and generate some new ideas?
