Important: No more volunteers are currently required for this opportunity.
Dear volunteers,
Brighton Permaculture Trust are getting underway with our plans for Apple day this year (Sunday 30th September), with all the usual exciting things planned - great stalls, yummy food, orchard tours, apple Id, scything, hedgelaying, storytelling, cookery demos, book selling, the list goes on.

Needless to say we are looking forward to lots of you lovely people coming forward to help out either beforehand, picking apples, baking pies, putting up marquees, or on the day, in the cafe, on stalls, helping juicing, selling, smiling, enjoying and working!
If you are free and think you can help please respond as soon as possible. With Apple Day itself it works well if you can commit to either the morning - helping set up at 8am and finishing at 130pm, or the afternoon, starting at 1230 and staying til 6pm.
We have some new ideas for ways we can nurture our volunteers too - come and find out!
