This isn't just any calendar...

This is a Marks & Spencer calendar

Staff at the Barnstaple branch of UK retailer Marks & Spencer stripped off to raise money for charity by posing for a nude calendar.

In a series of poses that would make any member of Women's Institute proud, the staff threw caution to the wind to help the North Devon Chemotherapy Unit.

However the local store decided that the calendar was just too racey to sell alongside their other products so it had to be kept under the counter and sold by request only.

Word soon got round about the calendars existence and copies sold out within days, alebit discretely.

A spokesperson for the store said that the calendar was only intended for sale to friends and families of those that took part and never intended for general sale. But they were pleased that staff had managed to raise the much needed £2,500 which will help the Unit to buy new equipment.
