Beryl Inskip’s Guest Blog
Here’s our latest guest blog by Beryl Inskip, who volunteers in the kitchen at the Hospice.
My name is Beryl Inskip.
I am on my third year at DMH doing voluntary work.
I work in the kitchen helping with the dishes.
Also I help with the trolley serving drinks on the wards, and to give trays for lunches.
I enjoy my little job very much I was made welcome when I came on my first day.
I find the kitchen staff very friendly.
Also I like to Say on their behalf that they are a great team.
They all work together and are always pleasant with one and all.
Also I find all nurses, doctors, and the domestic staff always find time to say hello.
It can be a sad place, but a wonderful one too.
