I agree with you in terms of to few doing to much. Rugby needs to embrace more people with non traditional ways. People have less time to give and are reluctant to make large committments have you seen the orange app its an example of this micro /vitrual volunteering 'do some good'

Nope - will look at this. I think a different approach is needed in clubs. Some members see being part of a club && paying membership means you are paying for a service. The club functions solely on how the volunteers can run, fund, organise and everything else it. I think we need to look at skills registers and membership levels or benefits for volunteers as well as communicating wants and needs from a club point of view. On a wider scale (sub-county or CB) I think there are different motivators and benefits / otherwise for volunteers.
