The Events Stewards will help and assist the team run the events on the day. Enthusiastic volunteers with good interpersonal skills are needed who are happy dealing with public in an efficient, calm and confident way.
Main tasks:
- Help with setting up the event
- Helping members of the public with their enquiries and giving information about the event and/or service
- Ticket collection
- Helping with monitoring the number of visitors at each event
- Guest list duties
- Supporting the Programming & Learning Manager and Senior Arts & Interpretation Officer in the smooth running of event(s)
The Forty Hall event programme runs the year round on both weekdays and weekends. They are looking for people that can work either weekdays or weekends, flexible times based on the rota.
